Bobby Lashley & Some WWE news

Former ECW Champion Bobby Lashley made his return to professional wrestling last Friday night at an event promoted by Booker T’s PWA promotion in Pasadena, Texas. Lashley went over Jared Steele at the show. According to live reports, Lashley worked hard and even took a nasty bump into the ring stairs. Lashley came out to his old WWE theme music and used the Spear as his finisher. Lashley’s ring attire was the same as it was in WWE and he did not look any different than he did when he worked for WWE.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon made two major announcements at the end of this week's WWE Monday Night RAW.

The first is that WWE will be holding the 2008 Draft on the June 23rd edition of Monday Night RAW from Houston, Texas. Superstars from all 3 brands will be there.

Vince's second announcement is that he will be giving away $1 million from his personal bank account to select fans of World Wrestlinig Entertainment. McMahon said he would explain more details next week on RAW but he said the money would be given away in different amounts each week.
