The Greatest Cruiserweight/junior Heavyweight

Ever since we had our first dose of cruiserweight wrestling in WCW in the 90's and for some members of the forum, mexican wrestling and japanese wrestling. I have a question for you. Who in your mind is the best Cruiserweight/Junior Heavyweight/Light Heavyweight wrestler in the history of this buisness.

It is no secret that Mexican wrestling have produced some of the best cruiserweight wrestlers in this buisness long history, and japan has produce some as well and in more recent years, Canada and the United States, have produced some of the top cruiserweight wrestlers as well. And there are many excellent cruiseerweights in the indies.

So who do you think is the best cruiserweight in your mind and why. And please dont be affraid to name more than one wrestler.
