| Source: Rajah.com -- Adam Firestorm of Victoria, BC wrote in the following regarding another racial incident involving Michael Hayes before a WWF pay-per-view in July 1996: "I'm actually not surpised. Remember the awful In Your House PPV "International Incident?" It was held in Vancouver, BC, and Hayes was at the height (if there was one) of his Dok Hendrix phase. They did a slew of media for the show, and on the evening before the event, he was at one of the more popular Vancouver night spots doing his thing. One of the first things he did was drop a few off-color, racially-charged slurs to one of the regulars (who could have torn him apart, but instead brushed it off)." -- Devin Cutting sent in the following... The following wrestlers are being advertised for the WWE Supershow in Abilene, Texas on June 28th, 2008: Chris Jericho, Kane, Jeff Hardy, JBL, MVP, Matt Hardy, Umaga, Chavo Guerrero, Finlay, Mark Henry, John Morrison and Kofi Kingston. Tickets go on sale May 3rd, 2008. Go to http://www.prowrestlingevents.tk for info about upcoming shows. -- Former WWE Diva Chyna was in attendance at Antonio Inoki's IGF wrestling show at the Osaka Furitsu Gym in Osaka, Japan on Saturday, April 12, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Chyna was simply there as Inoki's guest and wasn't involved with the show. WWE flop Sylvester Terkay wrestled on the show, losing to Josh Barnett via ankle lock. The show also featured a match between two former SmackDown stars. Rikishi pinned Orlando Jordan at the show. | |

| More on the Michael Hayes Incident:
The Sun out of the U.K. has a story on the Michael Hayes-Mark Henry racial incident. The story says that Hayes was drunkingly singing a few songs on stage (which was set up for a band at the after Hall of Fame ceremony party). An eyewitness at the party said, "Hayes was up on stage, drunk, singing badly and swaying all over the place. It's the same thing he did at Stephanie McMahon’s wedding to Triple H. Only this night didn't turn out so well for him." The eyewitness claims that later in the night, Hayes was ribbing SmackDown wrestler Mark Henry, saying that his lack of success on the brand was due to him "not being black enough." Hayes then added, "I've got soul, brother. I'm more of a n***** than you are!" Hayes was extremely inebriated during the incident with Henry. Henry later reported the incident to WWE officials, and Hayes was suspended for 60 days.

| Dammit, if you cant drink without making a coward of yourself then just dont drink at all. Thats something Michael PS Hayes should have learned a long time ago. Its not that i want to tell the WWE what to do, but on special occasions like Hall of Fame were this crap happened, they should put a limit to the Drinks they serves their guests. Hell they warned the fans to behave weeks before the Hall of Fame ceremony, why didnt they told their own guys to do the same. I think its about damn time that the WWE adds more rules to its staff in order to prevent such a thing to happend again.
And Michael Hayes is lucky that Mark Henry is a real gentlemen because if Hayes would have said that to Ron Simmons im sure he would have been slapped around. Somebody in the WWE needs to put a stop in the racism that is still existing on the company. After so many years who would have tought that racism would still be a part of the WWE. That has to stop and real fast.

| when you drink and get drunk you have no control. Is that the beer's fault? no its Haye's fault. Like Martel said, hes lucky Henry didn't blow a fuse even though he had every right to. | |
